Return the cache key for wp_count_posts() based on the passed arguments.

Parameters

$type

(Optional) Post type to retrieve count Default 'post'.

Default value: 'post'

$perm

(Optional) 'readable' or empty.

Default value: ''

Return

(string) The cache key.
